...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN CLINTON...NORTHEASTERN
ESSEX...SOUTHWESTERN LAMOILLE...SOUTH CENTRAL GRAND ISLE...CENTRAL
CHITTENDEN AND NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 315 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Burlington, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Essex Junction, South Burlington, Burlington International Airport,
Burlington, Cambridge, Winooski, Westford, Jeffersonville Village,
Colchester, Essex Junction Village, Williston, Bolton, Port Kent,
Underhill, Jericho, Essex, Jericho Village, Underhill State Park,
Cambridge Village, and Richmond.

This includes Interstate 89 between mile markers 76 and 99.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
