The strongest winds and lowest relative humidity values will occur between 9 AM and 3 PM. * WINDS...Northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 to 30 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Ranging from the low 40s to low 50s. * Impacts...Unusually dry vegetation combined with gusty winds and low relative humidity will promote the potential for rapid fire spread with any fires that may start.
