.DISCUSSION...Dry weather should prevail Monday and Tuesday with
at most a very light shower Monday afternoon. Minimum relative
humidities will be lower on Monday, with values falling into the
25-30 percent range in the afternoon. They are only expected to
fall into the 40-45 percent range Tuesday afternoon. Temperatures
will be cooler on Monday, with highs in the upper 60s. They will
be in the mid 70s on Tuesday. Wind magnitudes should be similar
both days, with gusts looking to rise into the 10-15 mph range for
the afternoon. However, winds will be southwesterly turning
westerly on Monday while being southerly on Tuesday. They may
have upslope/terrain components in the morning before the large-
scale winds increase and dominate in the afternoon. Skies will
generally be partly to mostly cloudy, but some of these clouds
will be higher/thinner. Tuesday should be mostly sunny and most of
the clouds should be high/thin where a decent amount of sun will
