...FLOOD WARNING FOR AN ICE JAM IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Vermont, including the following
  county, Washington.

* WHEN...Until 1115 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
  earlier rainfall and snowmelt. Depending on ice behavior, any
  release of the ice jam could result in sudden rises of water,
  leading to a rapid flooding situation.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 516 AM EST, river gauge below Moretown is showing sharp
    rises indicating a possible ice jam. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly near the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
