...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN STARR COUNTY THROUGH
1130 PM CDT...

At 1043 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Los Garzas, or 7 miles southwest of Rio Grande
City, moving northwest at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rio Grande City, Roma, Escobares, La Rosita, Los Alvarez, Fort
Ringgold County Park, Garceno, Falcon Dam, Starr County Sheriffs
Office, and Roma City Hall.

This includes US Highway 83 between mile markers 792 and 824.
