* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as
  low as 31 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold
  temperatures as low as 23 expected.

* WHERE...Zapata, Jim Hogg and Brooks Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Hypothermia is possible if precautions are not
  taken. Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
