* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 33 kt and seas
  7 to 10 ft.

* WHERE...Portions of The Gulf of Mexico and The Laguna Madre.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Occasional wind gusts to 35 kts are
  possible across the Laguna Madre and Gulf of Mexico waters north
  of Port Mansfield late tonight. An upgrade to Gale Warning may
  be needed.
