  Laguna Madre From the Port Of Brownsville to the Arroyo
  Colorado...

At 1132 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line
extending from 11 nm south of Port Mansfield Cut to 10 nm northwest
of South Padre Island to near Laguna Vista to near Port Isabel to 8
nm southeast of Boca Chica Beach, moving southwest at 25 knots.

  Laguna Vista, Port Isabel, and Queen Isabella Causeway around 1140
  AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by showers include Queen Isabella Causeway.
