.DISCUSSION...Southeasterly 20 foot winds are expected to become
breezy this afternoon, with gusts of 20 to 25 mph. Relative
humidity values remain elevated, potentially dipping to 60 to 70
percent by mid-afternoon. Moisture recovery should be excellent
tonight, with southeast 20 foot winds generally below 10 mph,
gusting 15 to 20 mph.
