.DISCUSSION...Hot and rain-free conditions are expected to
continue over Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley for the
next several days thanks to high pressure over the area.
Southerly to southeasterly flow will continue and will generally
be light for the next several days. Minimum relative humidity
values are expected to be in the range of mid 20 percent for parts
of Starr and Zapata counties to nearly 80 percent along the coast.
That said, minimum relative humidity values will remain above fire
weather thresholds over the next several days across Cameron County.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (10-20 percent). Slight chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
