.DISCUSSION...Moderate southeasterly winds early this morning
will become gusty later this morning into the afternoon. Relative
humidity is expected to generally remain above 40 percent where
the strongest winds are expected and fuels remain mostly green
across Deep South Texas. Any wildfire that can develop may behave
erratically or spread quickly due to the elevated and gusty winds.
