.SYNOPSIS...Adverse to hazardous marine conditions are expected
through the end of the week due to the formation of low pressure
along the Lower Texas Coast. Winds and seas will improve for the
weekend as the low pressure system moves away from the region.
Periods of light rain through the end of the week may result in
reduced visibility.
