Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate south-southeasterly flow and
relatively low seas will prevail throughout the week. A westward
moving trough in the Gulf approaching the Texas coast early this
week will maintain low to medium (20-40%) chances of isolated to
scattered showers and thunderstorms each day before decreasing to
low (less than 10%) by Wednesday night. Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditions are possible later in the week as some of the
winds pick up on the bay and in the Gulf waters.
