.SYNOPSIS...Marine conditions will improve tonight as an area of
low pressure continues to move inland over Southeast Texas. The
Small Craft Advisory has been extended due to lingering observed swell
and wave heights on the Gulf waters. Conditions are expected to
briefly improve Thursday before deteriorating again slightly on
Thursday night and Friday as a cold front edges through the region
before stalling near or over the coastal waters. The worst wave
heights will be to our north but we will still see elevated seas
and some wind increases. Small Craft Advisories and/or Exercise
Caution headlines may be needed again Friday and the weekend.
