1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Winds are expected to increase this afternoon,
approaching or reaching criteria for Small Craft Should Exercise
Caution headlines. Winds are expected to diminish overnight with
generally favorable conditions expected Thursday. Winds could
increase again Friday and Saturday as a cold front is expected to
move through the area.
