Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. Small Craft advisories remain in place for all coastal waters through at least 1 PM today. Wind gradient begins to relax tonight with a moderate onshore flow for the weekend. Seas look to be slow in subsiding as winds over the eastern and Central Gulf may continue to drive an elevated swell towards the lower Texas coast.
