.SYNOPSIS...Adverse to hazardous marine conditions are expected
along the Lower Texas Coast through Saturday morning with low
pressure across the western Gulf of Mexico. Winds and seas will
briefly improve over the weekend, before the next cold front
deteriorates conditions into next week.
