Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable conditions are expected through
the period. Light to moderate onshore winds, moderate to slight
seas, and low (less than 10 percent) rain chances should prevail
by the end of the weekend and continue through next week. Tropical
moisture increasing over the region may bring a low (30 percent)
chance of rain Tuesday.
