Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ100-091630- 311 AM CST Sat Nov 9 2024 .SYNOPSIS...Swell from Tropical Cyclone Rafael will produce Small Craft Advisory conditions on the Gulf of Mexico waters from 0 to 60 nautical miles offshore through Sunday afternoon. The Advisory may need to extended into Monday as the swell subsides. Afterwards, improved conditions will occur on the Gulf of Mexico waters.
