Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Swell from Tropical Cyclone Rafael will produce Small
Craft Advisory conditions on the Gulf of Mexico waters from 0 to
60 nautical miles offshore through Sunday afternoon. The Advisory
may need to extended into Monday as the swell subsides. Afterwards,
improved conditions will occur on the Gulf of Mexico waters. For
the entire forecast, however, favorable winds and seas are likely
for the Laguna Madre.
