Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Slightly adverse marine conditions are anticipated
along the Lower Texas Coast late in the weekend into early in
the new work week due to an enhanced pressure gradient. Overall,
though, light to moderate winds and low to moderate seas will
prevail with high pressure in control over the western Gulf of
Mexico.
