Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure gradient over the Western Gulf will
maintain favorable conditions with gentle to light winds and low
seas through Tuesday. Mid to late week, a weak tropical wave in
the Western Gulf may increase winds and elevate seas. The chance
of rain increases Wednesday into the weekend.
