1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally moderate southeasterly winds and seas are
expected to give way to calmer, more favorable seas by the weekend
along the Lower Texas Coast with surface high pressure taking
hold over the western Gulf. Small Craft Should Exercise Caution
and Small Craft Advisory are not expected to be needed.
