highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A tightened pressure gradient will likely sustain
moderate to fresh, occasionally strong, southeasterly winds over
the Laguna Madre, resulting in Small Craft Exercise Caution (SCEC)
headlines over the bay each afternoon and evening through
Wednesday. Periods of SCEC conditions are expected for the Gulf
waters (0-60 nm) Tuesday and Wednesday as the gradient tightens
further, resulting in moderate seas as southeasterly winds become
moderate to fresh. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms
beginning Thursday as winds and seas subside.
