Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Hazardous marine conditions will persist through
Sunday with strong southerly winds and high seas in advance of a
Saturday night and Sunday cold front. Winds and seas begin to
improve late Monday.

35 knots. Rough on the bay.
.SATURDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southeast 10 to
15 knots in the afternoon. Choppy on the bay becoming a moderate
chop in the afternoon.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north
20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots after midnight. A
moderate chop on the bay becoming rough after midnight. A slight
chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening.
