.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate southerly flow is expected to
continue through the weekend and into early next week with high
pressure settled across the eastern Gulf of Mexico. Expect
generally low to moderate seas into next week with patchy to dense
marine fog at times along the Lower Texas coast.
