...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Cape Cod Bay...
  Coastal waters from Provincetown MA to Chatham MA to Nantucket MA
  out 20 nm...

At 423 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
near Nauset Light, moving east at 15 knots.  There was also another
thunderstorm just south of Provincetown.

Locations impacted include...
Wellfleet Harbor, The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Cod, North Eastham,
and Nauset Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until this storm
passes.
