A coastal low pres will bring continued periods of rain, rough seas
and NE gale force winds tonight. Gradually decreasing rain and NE to
N wind gusts are expected thru Tue. NW winds decrease some into Wed
as high pres builds into western New England, but NW winds
strengthen again to gale force on the eastern waters Thu into Fri.
