The coldest conditions will be from late tonight through early Tuesday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Unsheltered people will have a high risk of frostbite and hypothermia. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills inside. If you must go outside, dress in several layers of warm clothing, including a hat, face mask, and gloves. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
