County Emergency Communications Authority (JCECA).

The Jefferson County Sheriffs Office has cancelled the previous
instructions for Advisory Message due to search for a stabbing
suspect in Staunton State Park.  It is now safe to resume normal
activities in this area.  Only use 911 if you have an emergency.
