.DISCUSSION...We continue to see poor smoke dispersion for today,
with weak winds aloft and weak inversions in place. Ventilation
rates will be between 19 to 25kt-ft. Tomorrow will see some light
snow and significant improvements to smoke dispersal, with good
conditions expected and 21 to 96kt-ft for ventilation rates.
