.DISCUSSION... Light snow is possible in the morning and early
afternoon with minimal snow amounts. The chance for snow increases
in the late afternoon and is likely throughout Tuesday night.
Generally 2-5" is expected for the spot location. West or
southwest winds will gust up to 20-25 mph throughout the day. This
may be able to push vent rates up to 3 kft at times but vent rates
will mostly be around 2 kft. This will keep smoke dispersal poor
although it could approach fair conditions in the afternoon.
During Tuesday night, winds will weaken with speeds decreasing to
5-10 mph. Snow will continue into Wednesday morning before coming
to an end.
