.DISCUSSION...Northwesterly flow aloft will continue over the burn
area today.  West winds gusting up to 35 mph can be expected this
morning then they will decrease in speed this afternoon.  Isolated
light snow showers can be expected through the day with partly
to mostly cloudy skies.  Humidity levels will drop into the 25
to 30 percent range this afternoon while temperatures will stay in
the 30s all day.
