.DISCUSSION...Challenging snowfall forecast for Summit County
Wednesday due southeast surface winds possibly producing
downslope drier air. Most models still show snow showers through
the morning hours with up to 2 inches of snow during the day
Wednesday. Best chance for snow on Wednesday will be during the
morning hours. Smoke dispersal is expected to be poor most of the
day Wednesday, except for an hour or 2 of fair. Smoke dispersal
improves to fair to good on Thursday. Total snowfall of 1 to 5
inches is expected for this event.
