.DISCUSSION...Scattered showers are expected this afternoon. It`s
looking like the focus of this activity will be east of the search
area, but there`s still a 50 percent chance of a shower or two and
a lesser chance of a brief thunderstorm. Brief heavy rain, small
hail, and wind gusts to 30 mph would be the worst case, and
there`s just a 10 percent chance of that.

Showers will diminish and then end in the early evening hours.
Cloud bases will mostly be above the ridges, though there may be
some lower clouds in the vicinity of some of the rain showers.
