22 mph until 1500. After 1500 winds will be southwest 6 to 12 mph.
Smoke dispersal will be poor until 1200, then fair until 1400. After 1400
it will drop back to poor.
Friday will see partly cloudy skies with minimum humidity around 25 percent.
Winds will be south at 6 to 12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph by 1200.
Smoke dispersal will be poor most of the day but there could be a few hours
of fair dispersal between 1300 and 1500.
