.DISCUSSION...

Mild temperatures and partly cloudy skies are expected today, with
RH values hovering around 50%. Westerly winds will increase
through the afternoon, with gusts to around 30 mph possible as the
day goes on. Favorable smoke dispersal conditions will take hold
around 1000 this morning, persisting through 1600 this afternoon.

Slightly lighter westerly winds are expected tomorrow that will
decrease the favorable smoke dispersal window by a few hours, but
should still expect Fair conditions between 1100 and 1400.
Temperatures will be slighting cooler and RH will be around 50%
once again.
