.DISCUSSION...Gusty southwest winds are expected to persist
through the afternoon, with gusts between 30-40 mph. With above
normal temperatures and downsloping winds, RH will be in the
15-20% range this afternoon. We expect gusts to decrease by 9PM
tonight to below 30 mph and moisture to increase as an approaching
winter system will bring a slight chance of light rain or snow
showers to this location overnight tonight. RH should start
climbing to above 20% by 5 or 6 this evening.
