.DISCUSSION...Tonight and Sunday...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will end later this evening,
with clearing skies overnight. Sunday will feature an increase in
moisture from the west, which should support higher shower and
storm coverage and wetting rains in the mountains during the
afternoon, and eventually across the adjacent plains late in the
afternoon and evening. Minimum humidity will be a little higher
than today.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Sunday night through Thursday...
A relatively wet and cool weather pattern will hold over the
forecast area through the entire period. Scattered to numerous
showers and storms can be expected most days, with the highest
coverage over the mountains. The monsoonal moisture will bring
wetting and locally heavy rains.
