.DISCUSSION...Tonight and Wednesday...
Warmer than normal temperatures can be expected through Wednesday.
Good humidity recovery is expected in most areas, with only
moderate recovery in the foothills. Low humidity of 15-20% for
minimums can be expected Wednesday, and only isolated to scattered
gusty showers and weak storms will be confined to the mountains.
Winds will follow mainly normal diurnal wind patterns, although
southeast winds on the plains will gust to around 20 mph Wednesday
afternoon.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Wednesday night through Sunday...
Thursday will likely be the stormiest day of the week ahead as an
upper level disturbance brings at least scattered afternoon and
evening storm coverage. Temperatures will remain near or slightly
above normal through the Fourth of July and the Independence Day
weekend, but a few storms will still possible each afternoon and
evening.
