...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM MDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Colorado, including the
  following counties, southeastern Elbert and southern Lincoln.

* WHEN...Until 115 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

    - At 1017 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.

    - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Little Horse Creek, Horse Creek, Lone Tree Creek, Mustang
    Creek, Rush Creek, Big Sandy Creek, South Rush Creek,
    Antelope Creek, Apache Creek, Middle Rush Creek, North Rush
    Creek, Skull Creek, Adobe Creek, Coon Creek, Folger Gulch and
    East Fork Adobe Creek.
    Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.

    - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Karval, Punkin Center, Boyero and Kutch.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
