...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL BOISE AND
SOUTHWESTERN VALLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 PM MDT...

At 1024 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Deadwood Reservoir, or 15 miles north of Lowman,
moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible. Minor
         damage to outdoor objects is possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Deadwood Reservoir and Deer Creek Pass around 1030 PM MDT.
  Sulphur Creek Ranch around 1050 PM MDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
