WESTERN TWIN FALLS BLM AND WESTERN MAGIC VALLEY...

.A dry system will bring increasing west winds Wednesday
afternoon to the western Magic Valley and western Twin Falls BLM
area. Gusts to around 40 mph are expected. Warm and dry
conditions will also result in afternoon humidity values between
10 and 15 percent.
