Upper trough along the coast will move inland today through
Friday and continue light precipitation.  Colder air with the
trough will change it to all snow this evening but no
accumulation is expected below 5500 feet MSL.  Generally poor
ventilation through Friday although stronger surface winds
Friday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy with rain likely, gradually
                    mixing with and changing to wet snow. Chance
                    of precipitation 70 percent. Little or no new
                    snow accumulation.

Wind - 20 foot......Southwest up to 4 mph.
