.DISCUSSION...
Mostly clear skies into the weekend under northwesterly flow
aloft. This will continue the below normal temperatures through
the weekend. Northwesterly flow will increase winds Friday
through Sunday as an upper level ridge builds along the West
Coast. This will bring breezy conditions to favored lower
valleys and ridgetops. The upper level ridge is expected to
shift inland by Tuesday bringing temperatures about 10 degrees
above normal and very dry conditions.
