.DISCUSSION...
Isolated thunderstorms with limited precipitation and gusty outflow
winds will develop this afternoon in southeast Oregon and far northern
Payette National Forest. A cold frontal passage will bring breezy
winds and about a 20-30% chance of thunderstorms across the region
on Wednesday. The best chance for storms exists over southeast Oregon
zones and Southern Boise BLM in the afternoon. Lighting along with
strong outflow winds up to 55 MPH is possible. Breezy conditions
continue for Thursday across the region however, temperatures are
expected to be about 7 degrees below normal increasing afternoon RHs.
