...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL SHELBY AND SOUTH CENTRAL
JEFFERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM CDT...

At 518 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Oak Mountain Amphitheater, or over Pelham, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Southwestern Birmingham, Hoover, Alabaster, Bessemer, Pelham, Helena,
Chelsea, Columbiana, Indian Springs Village, Oak Mountain State Park,
Maylene, Bluff Park, Oak Mountain Amphitheater, Highland Lakes,
Riverchase, Patton Creek, Hoover Metropolitan Stadium, Ross Bridge,
Shelby County Airport, and Riverchase Galleria.
