  Cleburne, Coosa, Etowah, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lamar,
  Marengo, Marion, Perry, Pickens, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair,
  Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
