.DISCUSSION...

Expect increasing high clouds today while low-level winds become
more southerly with time in the lower levels. High temperatures
will top out near 80 degrees by mid afternoon while RH values will
drop close to 20 percent by mid to late afternoon. Winds will be
from the south at 4-8 mph. Tonight, expect high clouds with lows
in the upper 40s with light southeast winds from 3-6 mph. Another
dry day is expected Friday with highs in the mid 80s with RH
minimums in the mid 20 percent range by mid to late afternoon
while winds will be from the south at 7-14 mph. Saturday min RH
values will be slightly higher at 30-40 percent.
