...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER PARTS OF THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY THIS
EVENING...

Patchy dense fog will reduce the visibility at times to one
quarter mile or less over parts of the James River Valley tonight.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities,
and should use extra caution traveling. Use low beam headlights
and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings.

The fog will dissipate over the next few hours.
