Period of moderate snow will reduce visibility and may create
snow-covered roads in the southern James River Valley this
morning. Some areas could receive 1 to 2 inches of heavy wet snow
by late morning. Conditions will improve around midday. Be
prepared for areas of reduced visibility and slippery roads.
