...HEAVY SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES FROM AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT
TO CONTINUE THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA...

An arctic cold front will bring periods of moderate to heavy snow
this morning. This snow combined with strong northwest winds will
bring reduced visibilities to a quarter mile or less in heavy snow
and blowing snow. Those travelling or outdoors may want to
proceed with caution and check the latest road and weather
conditions before departing.
