A large weather system will bring widespread showers and a few
thunderstorms through today. Strong winds will also continue
through today. Well below normal temperatures continue, with highs
this afternoon in the 40s and 50s.

Cool temperatures with breezy winds at times will continue
through this weekend. Lows in the 30s each morning could bring
some areas of frost, while high temperatures in the afternoon
remain below normal, in the 40s and 50s. Only isolated to
scattered showers are forecast this weekend, with some increasing
chances for precipitation moving into the region Sunday night
into early next week.
