Light snow continues to move across eastern North Dakota and
Minnesota. Fog is possible over along the International Border and
Minnesota overnight as well. Low temperatures this morning are
forecast from the lower single digits in the southern Canadian
Prairies, up to the mid teens in southeastern South Dakota and
southern Minnesota.

Mainly dry conditions are then expected through the day today.
High temperatures will cool in the northeast, yet remain mild in
the southwest. Another round of mixed precipitation may impact the
region starting later today before becoming all snow and
lingering through the weekend. Temperatures will remain cool in
the northeast and mild in the west and south on Saturday, then go
on a cooling trend Sunday. Some breezy winds may return across the
west on Saturday, possibly bringing some blowing snow.
