A strong low pressure system over the Southern Plains will weaken
somewhat as it lifts into the Central Plains tonight and Saturday.
Increasing rain chances will accompany this system from south to
north across South Dakota and southern Minnesota tonight, and into
southern and eastern North Dakota and northern Minnesota
Saturday. Light rain will then end from west to east Saturday
night into Sunday. Highs through the weekend and into Veterans
Day, along with mainly dry conditions, look to be mostly in 40s
and 50s with morning low in the 20s and 30s.
